★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio: deje la bici ahi 3 semanas, me cobraron 550 pesos y recogerla no habian hecho 3 de las 4 cosas que pedi (cambiar un tornillo, revisar una luz y limpiar la bici). Cuando me queje ni me hicieron caso.
 Pity service: I left the bike there for 3 weeks, they charged me 550 pesos and they had not collected 3 of the 4 things I asked for (change a screw, check a light and clean the bike). When I complained they ignored me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal amable, pero mal capacitado. El servicio mecánico que promocionan, no existe. Lleve mi bicicleta, me pidieron recogerla en tres horas, fui y me dijeron que mejor fuera el día siguiente, al dia siguiente, 1 hora antes de la hora de entrega pactada por ellos, me mandan mensaje diciendo que había descansado el mecánico y que tenía que esperar 24 horas más. No tienen seriedad.
Friendly staff, but poorly trained. The mechanical service they promote does not exist. Take my bike, they asked me to pick it up in three hours, I went and they told me that it was better the next day, the next day, 1 hour before the delivery time agreed by them, they sent me a message saying that the mechanic had rested and that he had Than wait 24 more hours. They are not serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención y servicio. Me apoyaron con un servicio de frenos y me enderezaron un disco, y todo me lo tuvieron listo en un par de horas. Te dan mucha información y te apoyan con buenos consejos. Equipazo!
Excellent attention and service. They supported me with a brake service and straightened a disc, and they had everything ready for me in a couple of hours. They give you a lot of information and support you with good advice. I equip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un verdadero caballero el hombre que me atendió: aunque no vendían el tipo de bicicleta que yo buscaba, me indicó de una manera muy amable donde la podía encontrar. Seguramente volveré a comprar algo. Venden cosas de muy buena calidad. Los felicito y te invito a que vayas con confianza.
A true gentleman the man who attended to me: although they did not sell the type of bicycle I was looking for, he indicated to me in a very kind way where I could find it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He encontrado que los productos son demasiado caros. Les compré pedales y se rompieron una semana después y no me ofrecieron ningún crédito por ellos. No voy a volver y recomendar a los demás tampoco.
I have found the products to be too expensive. I bought pedals from them and they broke a week later and they didn't offer me any credit for them. I will not go back and recommend to others either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fueron muy amables y me dieron un excelente servicio. Fue el cuarto taller al que fui para el arreglo de un cambiador de platos de puño y el único donde pudieron arreglarlo. Mi bici quedó muy bien. Definitivamente volveré.
They were very friendly and gave me excellent service. It was the fourth workshop I went to to fix a fist plate changer and the only one where they could fix it. My bike was very good. I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunes 20/12/2021 llamo por la tarde, contestan de manera inmediata, agendo cita para el miércoles (mantenimiento completo bicicleta).
Miércoles 22/12/2021, llego a las 11am, me reciben y efectivamente está mi nombre.
Dejo la bicicleta.
Durante la tarde me mandan un WhatsApp para notificarme que me recomiendan cambiar una pieza. (Se acepta)
Por la tarde noche, paso por ella, pago el restante de la pieza, me invitan a dar una vuelta para los ajustes finales (freno en mi caso)
Servicio estupendo.
Principalmente la confianza que me dieron en el teléfono al decir que la tienen el mismo día. No hay problemas con marca de bicicleta (Benotto en mi caso).
Agradezco esa dedicación y el mensaje de sugerencia. Ya que si, la bicicleta es un medio que ocupo bastante.
Sin duda regresaré cuando le toque mantenimiento nuevamente.
Monday 12/20/2021 I call in the afternoon, they answer immediately, scheduling an appointment for Wednesday (complete bike maintenance).
Wednesday 12/22/2021, I arrive at 11am, they welcome me and my name is indeed there.
I put the bike down.
During the afternoon they send me a WhatsApp to notify me that they recommend changing a piece. (Accepted)
In the late evening, I pass by it, pay the rest of the piece, they invite me to take a walk for the final adjustments (brake in my case)
Awesome service.
Mainly the confidence they gave me on the phone by saying they have it the same day. There are no problems with the bike brand (Benotto in my case).
I appreciate that dedication and the message of suggestion. Yes, the bicycle is a medium that I occupy a lot.
I will definitely be back when maintenance is due again.
