No le hicieron absolutamente nada Primero no me la querían entregar y luego en 15 minutos dijeron que siempre si estaba lista. Qué mal que sean así de ventajosos no los recomiendo y de igual forma dan todo carisimo pero por ser caro yo creía que eran buenos. J	Julio Cesar Camacho Rosales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a que me alinearan el rin delantero porque estaba mal centrado hacia un lado y me querían cambiar de ahuevo la horquilla, rin y rayos porque según había tenido un choque y por eso estaba chueco (el cual recordaría por es mi bici y solo la uso yo) estuve insistiendo en que solo el rin estaba mal centrado y no estaba chocado y después de 10 min me fui. Fui al taller de Mijo bikes y en 5 min me dejaron el rin como nuevo sin peleas, sin intentos de venderme algo que no necesito. Conclusión: mala atención al cliente por parte de la chica del mostrador, te quieren sacar un riñón en piezas que no son necesarias y el mecánico no quiere hacer la reparación (mal) o no sabe hacerla (peor). A	Alex Medina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar, a medias… si se pudieran 2.5 estrellas se las daría… Es tienda de bicis, pero sólo de gama comercial… manejan componentes, pero a precios muy caros y de marcas básicas y tiene servicio de taller, rescatable, demorados y con costos por encima de la competencia… Si eres ya alguien con la experiencia en alguna disciplina ciclística tendrás mucho q ver… pero poco te llamará la atención. El servicio al cliente… te atienden, nada fuera del otro mundo.
