I inherited this realty company when I purchased my condo in 2004 at John Newcombe Tennis Villas. I was assured that they would handle all utilities, cleaning, HOAs and rental of my unit, if I wanted. After countless issues with cleaning and renting my unit behind my back, I finally fired them in April 2012, paid out of pocket to have my locks changed and found another management company. The deciding factor was when I arrived at my condo after it not being inhabited for one year only to find other people's liquor and juices in my refrigerator, which Bill Taylor tried to say I had left behind the year before. Odd, because 1) I don't drink red wine and vodka, and 2) I ALWAYS clean out my refrigerator when I leave. I have just learned TODAY that my HOAs have not been paid since 2010 - that's right, two whole years before I released them from my contract. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They will rent your unit and keep the money and THEN NOT PAY YOUR HOAs!!!!!!!! This is criminal. When I arrive in P.V. next month, I will look into how I can be compensated for their outright thievery.
