BILLPOCKET IS A FRAUD BEWARE ... Do not hire Billpocket, they are thieves. In two transactions I made with them they robbed me. In the first they asked for an apology for a bad advice that made me lose money that they did not return to me. They were begging me to use their service again for months, promising that their "mistakes" would not happen again and what do you think? It happened again and in the second there is no apology, although they checked again that the advice was badly carried out, they have not even considered the ticket that I presented solved. From last May to date I can verify that none of those who work at Billpocket know what they are selling, neither managers nor advisors nor support nor nobody, everyone answers what they want. In this second transaction, apart from the fact that they deducted a commission from me that my client should have covered, they deducted it from me for their pistols, they did not return it to me, they gave me the money in installments and worse they made me look bad everywhere. I was able to pay my supplier on time because as from the wool I have to buy the product 19,000 pesos plus more expensive VAT and my client is going to legally claim that I have not delivered the product that I already paid for. Apart from being incompetent, they leave me in a lawsuit they only say that they understand me but they cannot do anything ... It is worth mentioning that if you make transactions above 20,000 pesos they give it to you in installments of 20,000 daily, that is, if you are going to make a transaction 100,000-200,000 pesos prevented because it can take up to 15 days to see the wool together that they did not tell me until it happened to me, true. In the first transaction it was 15,000 pesos and as it was in American Express it took almost a week to deliver it to me due to the advisor's "mistake". This time it took 3 days. And it is to make it as you want but we are not going to solve anything, they hang up the phone they do not answer emails and they hide in that they sent me formats and policies in a June 2020 email that I never received and that the girl never called to confirm said email nor request the documentation.
