No te piden todos los datos básicos, como por ejemplo mi correo electrónico. He tenido que llamar 3 veces y esas misma veces he tenido que repetir todos mis datos y aún siguen sin resolverme una factura que pedí hace casi 2 semanas. PÉSIMO SERVICIO Asking for an invoice over the phone is IMPOSSIBLE and I am sure that it is because when you call the clerks, they DO NOT pay attention and are not aware of what you are asking. They do not ask for all the basic information, such as my email. I have had to call 3 times and those same times I have had to repeat all my data and they still have not resolved an invoice that I asked for almost 2 weeks ago. TERRIBLE SERVICE

A pesar de ser cliente frecuente nunca me han atendido bien ni a mi ni a mi familia. Prefiero pedir online que tener trato con ellas de verdad se debería de hacer algo al respecto ya que atienden con mala gana y solo a la hora de pagar se portan mejor. I love the store and in general I am a frequent customer, however ALWAYS that we have been the employees they are rude and arrogant each one of them that I think there are 3 that are always the same. Despite being a frequent customer, they have never taken good care of me or my family. I prefer to order online than to have a deal with them, you should really do something about it since they serve reluctantly and only when it comes to paying do they behave better.
