Hace aproximadamente 2 meses compré un producto,el cual reporte por su apariencia y mala calidad. Llamé al número que aparece en la envoltura y después de algunos minutos me levantaron un reporte.
Quedaron de reponer el producto y hasta el día de hoy no han venido.
Tuve la mala fortuna de volver a llamar, ya que tenia que guardar el producto y fue imposible comunicarme con ellos, su línea de atención al cliente es PÉSIMA.
Es una verdadera lástima que sus empleados se hayan burocratizado.
My opinion is for the products and their customer service.
About 2 months ago I bought a product, which I reported for its appearance and poor quality. I called the number on the package and after a few minutes I got a report.
They agreed to replace the product and to this day they have not come.
I had the misfortune to call again, since I had to store the product and it was impossible to communicate with them, their customer service line is AWFUL.
It is a real pity that their employees have become bureaucratized.
