Llevo días tratando de rentar el vestido por medio de la pagina web que no entra, intenté tanto del celular como de la web en días diferentes y nada. Llamé por teléfono para buscar ayuda y me dijeron que se comunicaban conmigo.. nadie se comunicó.. volví ahora a mandar WhatsApp, me dijeron que la pagina funcionaba bien, volví a intentar y les mandé captura de pantalla... me ghostearon. Sería más fácil ir a la tienda pero vivo lejísimos y debería funcionar bien el servicio web, o por lo menos ver el interés en darme algunas soluciones.
the service in store is good !! but outside the net shop no. I have been trying to rent the dress for days through the website that does not enter, I tried both the cell phone and the web on different days and nothing. I called by phone to seek help and they told me they were communicating with me ... no one contacted ... now I returned to send WhatsApp, they told me that the page worked fine, I tried again and I sent them a screenshot ... they ghosted me. It would be easier to go to the store but I live very far and the web service should work fine, or at least see the interest in giving me some solutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonitos vestidos y muy amable el señir del estacionamiento, pero super mal servicio y mala actitud de la que atendía la tienda. Desde que entre se veía molesta y hasta enojada cuando me pregunto si iba a ver veatidos. Se cayó el tubo y la cortina mientras me cambiaba de ropa y estaba enojada como si lo hubiera hecho adrede. Me disculpe me volteo a ver y ni me dijo nada me ignoro totalmente, se me quitaron las ganas de seguir viendo vestidos.
Very nice dresses and very friendly the lord of the parking lot, but super bad service and bad attitude of the one who attended the store.
