★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO lugar. Hacen todo al aventón, y tardan muchísimo en hacer las cosas. Les cuento mi experiencia:
Llevé mi computadora a que le cambiaran la pila, le dieran mantenimiento y le cambiaran el powerjack. Se tardaron más de una semana en darme el diagnóstico completo (para lo cual yo los tuve que contactar porque nunca se comunicaron conmigo), en el cual me dijeron que el disco duro estaba dañado, que perdí toda mi información y que necesitaban reinstalar el sistema operativo (por lo cual cobraron $950 más).
Después de una semana y media más y de varias trabas, me entregaron el equipo. Para empezar, el sistema operativo estaba mal instalado, se nota que lo hicieron al aventón porque le faltaba la instalación de varios drivers y actualizaciones. Además, el equipo estaba completamente sucio por dentro, no hicieron bien la limpieza. Esto lo supe porque después lo llevé con otro técnico y me mencionó eso. Compré otro disco duro nuevo (claro que no con ellos) y mi computadora tuvo problemas en reconocerlo, por lo que el otro técnico con el que la llevé tuvo que reinstalar el sistema operativo (ahora sí de manera correcta) y actualizar el BIOS, y con eso ya lo reconoció sin problema. Es decir que terminé pagando doble por un trabajo que ellos hicieron mal.
Adicional a esto, me parecen bastante elevados sus precios de instalación y mantenimiento, y la atención a clientes es pésima, tardan horas en contestar por WhatsApp y yo los tuve que estar contactando y preguntándoles sobre mi equipo porque jamás me mantuvieron informada de absolutamente nada durante el proceso.
La única ventaja de este lugar es que trabaja con piezas originales, pero no vale la pena nada de lo demás.
En verdad no lleven su equipo aquí, mejor compren las piezas originales por medio de la página de Dell y llévenlo con un técnico de confianza para que le cambie piezas y le dé mantenimiento.

In addition to this, their installation and maintenance prices seem quite high to me, and the customer service is terrible, they take hours to answer by WhatsApp and I had to keep contacting them and asking them about my equipment because they never kept me informed of absolutely nothing during the process.
The only advantage of this place is that it works with original pieces, but nothing else is worth it.
Really do not bring your equipment here, better buy the original parts through the Dell page and take it to a trusted technician to change parts and give it maintenance.

Pero lo que realmente me pareció terrible es que me dijeron que me llamarían para decirme el diagnóstico y cotizarme. Y no fue así. Realizaron la reparación del equipo sin antes decirme cuánto sería. Esto es una falta de ética tremenda. Es increíble que Dell tenga concesión con estas personas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen lugar para llevar a reparar o revisar tu equipo de cómputo. En mi caso ya he llevado dos laptops y hasta este momento están funcionando perfectamente. Los costos son aceptables, sin embargo, los tiempos para el diagnóstico me parecen algo elevados (tomarlo en cuenta si tienes alguna emergencia). La atención muy buena. Recomendable.
