★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está muy oscuro, hay poco personal que te atienda, a los pocos vendedores que tienen, los asignan como meseros también; eso complica y retrasa el servicio. Hay que estar buscando hasta al chef que en últimas fechas hemos visto ha salido de cocina por la situación antes mencionada. Las máquinas no pagan, en otros casinos podemos estar jugando más tiempo con el mismo monto de recarga. No hay bebidas de cortesía, el encargado de cajas es pedante y se siente más que los demás. El ambiente que se genera por la música que ponen, en general no me resulta grato ya que los empleados que están ese día en cajas, ponen la música que tienen precargada en su celular y cuando se les solicita cambien de ritmo, argumentan que el casino no tiene sistema de música propio.
 The place is very dark, there are few personnel to attend to you, the few vendors they have are assigned as waiters as well; that complicates and delays the service. You have to even be looking for the chef that we have seen recently left the kitchen due to the aforementioned situation. The machines do not pay, in other casinos we may be playing longer with the same recharge amount. There are no complimentary drinks, the cashier is pedantic and sits down more than everyone else. The atmosphere that is generated by the music they play, in general, is not pleasant to me since the employees who are in boxes that day, play the music that they have preloaded on their cell phone and when they are asked to change their rhythm, they argue that the casino it does not have its own music system.
