★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, el café llego frío, en el menú viene bisquet o hot cakes pues no me mandaron nada de eso, los chilaquiles sin sabor, llame para reclamar que no venían los hot cakes y quedaron de enviarlo y jamas llego, ademas de que fueron 80 pesos.no lo recomiendo pero para nada.
 Terrible service, the coffee arrived cold, on the menu comes bisquet or hot cakes because they did not send me any of that, the flavored chilaquiles, I called to claim that the hot cakes did not come and they were left to send it and never arrived, besides they were 80 pesos. I do not recommend it but for nothing.

Hoy en la mañana fui a desayunar en el local que esta hubicado en Plaza Delta y la señorita que atiende deja muuucho que desear.....
No tenian azucar de dieta ni crema para el cafe ( el cafe ni sabia a cafe ), un paquetito de mermelada para dos bisquets, no consumimos el jugo y pedi uno de los tranportadores de vasos para podermelos llevar (eran 2 vasos de jugo y un cafe ) y la señorita que "muy amablemente""atiende me dio una gran bolsa para poder llevarmelos...imaginense..!!
Me encantan las ensaladas de este lugar, pero con personas que "atienden asi de amables" realmente es una decepcion...
Lastima..!! invitan a no volver a ir

Today in the morning I went to breakfast at the place that was located in Plaza Delta and the lady who attends leaves a lot to be desired .....
They had no diet sugar or coffee cream (coffee or coffee tasting), a package of jam for two biscuits, we did not consume the juice and asked for one of the glass carriers to carry them (they were 2 glasses of juice and a coffee) and the lady who "very kindly" attends gave me a big bag to take them ... imagine .. !!
I love the salads of this place, but with people who "serve this kind" it really is a disappointment ...
Pity..!! invite not to go again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son buenos pero les URGE adoptar medidas ambientales. No es posible que por cada pedido se gaste al menos (a) 1 bolsa de plástico, (b) de 2-3 recipientes NO biodegradables / biocompostables, y (c) cubiertos desechables. ¿De regreso a lo natural? Honren su "slogan" y comiencen por hacer el cambio.
They are good but URGES to adopt environmental measures. It is not possible for each order to spend at least (a) 1 plastic bag, (b) 2-3 non-biodegradable / biocompostable containers, and (c) disposable cutlery. Back to the natural? Honor your "slogan" and start by making the change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No son congruentes con su eslogan "... Regreso a lo Natural", utilizan plásticos desechables para todo cuando se ordena para comer allí. Podrian cambiar hacia platos de mayor uso o bien optar por desechables biodegradables. Además, he visto que para la comida para llevar envuelven los pedidos con plástico demás.
They are not congruent with their slogan "... Return to the Natural", use disposable plastic for everything when ordered to eat there. They could switch to more commonly used dishes or opt for disposable biodegradable. Also, I have seen that for the takeaway they wrap the orders with other plastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta saber que hay mejores opciones para comer saludable en un fast food. Pero el servicio es pésimo, no tienen gente y tardan demasiado en prepara los alimentos, no prestan atención a especificaciones y sirven con ingredientes incompletos, es una lástima porque podría ser muy bueno
I like knowing that there are better options to eat healthy in a fast food. But the service is terrible, they don't have people and they take too long to prepare food, they don't pay attention to specifications and they serve with incomplete ingredients, it's a shame because it could be very good

Capaz que por el volumen de gente pierden el control de las cosas; la comida no es mala (aunque no es excepcional tampoco), pero siempre se equivocan con todo… Hoy mismo les pedí para llevar una ensalada japonesa (que debería de venir con fideos de arroz, zanahorias, pepinos…) pero resulta que empaquetan alguna cosa con (media) manzana y harta lechuga.
Cuando llego a la oficina, ahí veo la sorpresa.
Les marco para presentar una queja y me dicen que no tienen un proceso interno para eso y me piden que o vuelva hasta allá para cambiar el plato o que marque después de las 4pm para ver – SI – el gerente está para poder presentar una queja… A ver, si yo tuviera tiempo para regresar, entregar los platos que me dieran y aparte esperar más 20 minutos en lo que preparan el pedido que realmente hice (porque eso sí, los platos son siempre tardados) entonces yo ni hubiera pedido para llevar, para comenzar.
No son muy efectivos, la verdad… Les recomendaría nada más si tienen mucho tiempo libre y paciencia para ese tipo de situación.

I mark them to file a complaint and they tell me that they don't have an internal process for that and they ask me to either go back there to change the plate or to dial after 4pm to see - YES - the manager is there to file a complaint… Let's see, if I had time to return, deliver the dishes they gave me and apart wait more than 20 minutes in what they prepare the order that I really did (because yes, the dishes are always late) then I would not even have asked to take away, to start.
They are not very effective, the truth ... I would recommend nothing more if they have a lot of free time and patience for that type of situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida está muy rica, definitivamente han mejorado mucho.No sé si habrán cambiaron al personal o el que tenían ya se puso las pilas,pero lo que lleva del 2021 que he comido allí,han tenido un excelente servicio y atención,sobre todo las empleadas del mostrador.Antes se tardaban años en tomarte la orden y tardaban más de una hora en darte la comida y mal. Ahora es muy rápido el servicio,bueno el sabor y atención. ?? Sea como sea felicidades! Y ojalá sigan así y mejor ?
