★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llame para pedir informes, contesto un hombre muy grosero, pregunto solo la dirección, que plaga y si era un departamento, dio el precio y fin ya no tienes derecho a peguntar nada, solo si vas a contratar puedes aclarar una duda... si eso hacen con un prospecto de cliente no quiero imaginar como les va a los que ya contrataron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera les daría CERO estrellas. Pésima atención del servicio al cliente, de forma telefónica y por Whats App. La recepcionista es grosera. No te habla bien, ni siquiera se presenta. No resuelve las dudas para nada, no te deja preguntar. Te cuelgan o te bloquean si no están contentos con la información que proporcionas. Ni el presupuesto te dan. Deberían fijarse en quién contratan para contestar sus líneas, presumen de que resuelven las plagas, pero no te atienden bien, eso NO es un BUEN Servicio. NO lo recomiendo ni para pedir informes. Cero estrellas para la recepcionista pedante y maleducada. BioFuimgaciones Fíjense en quién contratan!
If I could I would give them ZERO stars. Terrible customer service attention, by phone and by Whats App. The receptionist is rude. He doesn't speak well to you, he doesn't even introduce himself. It does not resolve doubts at all, it does not let you ask. They hang or block you if they are not happy with the information you provide. They don't even give you the budget. They should look at who they hire to answer their lines, they boast that they solve the pests, but they do not serve you well, that is NOT a GOOD Service. I do NOT recommend it or to request reports. Llamé para saber sobre sus servicios y el tipo que me contestó se portó muy déspota conmigo y ni siquiera me dejaba hablar donde el no se callaba. No resolvió mis dudas ya que cuando preguntaba sólo me decía q me callara y escuchara. Además cuando le pregunté su dirección me dijo que si no iba a contratar para que preguntaba y me colgó. Que lastima de empresa pero al menos salve de contratarlos y que me dejarán mal servicio.

I called to find out about his services and the guy who answered me was very despotic to me and would not even let me speak where he did not shut up. Y no, no puedo pasar de largo sin resaltar que eso les ha hecho perder un potencial cliente (más todos los que las han leído y decido seguir de largo).
