Lo único malo es que las albercas no tienen el mejor de los mantenimientos y a veces el agua está muy fría. La iluminación no es suficiente en algunas calles y a las áreas verdes les falta mantenimiento. Beautiful place, very quiet to walk and do other physical and recreational activities. The only bad thing is that the pools do not have the best maintenance and sometimes the water is very cold. Lighting is not sufficient in some streets and green areas lack maintenance.

Venden con falsas promesas de amenidades, areas verdes, minizoo, segurida y exclusividad que luego son inexistentes o ineficientes. Se paga un mantenimiento pero la administracion no rinde cuentas. Las amenidades las mueven a las areas que necesitan vender una vez que vendieron el area promocionada o las privatizan. Vivo aqui y me vendieron con engaños. Se vive bien pero no cumplen con lo que prometen y promocionan Take good advice when buying. They sell with false promises of amenities, green areas, mini-zoo, security and exclusivity that are then non-existent or inefficient. Maintenance is paid but the administration is not accountable. The amenities move them to the areas they need to sell once they have sold the promoted area or privatize them. I live here and they sold me with deceptions. They live well but they do not fulfill what they promise and promote

Prometen muchas cosas y al final no cumple con todo lo ofrecido en el libro promocional. Las amenidades las van desapareciendo sin avisar a los vecinos. Las albercas son de la constructora y no de los vecinos, nunca están abiertas y siempre en mal estado. Esperaban que la administración fuera una empresa seria, pero no dan la cara y no hay transparencia en el uso de las cuotas. En algunas de las tiendas de adentro se venden bebidas alcohólicas sin tener un permiso debidamente regulado. Antes de comprar, les sugiero revisen el contrato con algún abogado para evitar sorpresas futuras Widely disappointed. I got a lot of trouble buying land here. The pools belong to the construction company and not to the neighbors, they are never open and always in poor condition.
