★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio el personal te atiende de muy mala gana y ni siquiera tienen como revisar la información, no tienen precios a la vista y te quieren obligar a comprar lo que ellos quieren.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precios elevados y exagerados y no entregan a tiempo, yo canjee mi vale el 27 de Abril del 2019 y me dicen "Se tarda de 20 a 28 días....Hábiles y sin contar Sábados ni Domingos"!!!! para lo que mi entrega debió de haber sido el día de hoy 06/06/2019 y llamo y me dicen "Es que no nos han llegado las cosas" y "es que el proveedor se equivoco y mando las cosas a León" y yo así de "Oye, pero, ¿No hay nada que se pueda hacer?" y me dice "No, tenemos que esperar a que nos lleguen las cosas y ya usted pasa por ellas" y le digo "pero si ustedes quedaron de traerlas?" y me dice "Si, pero como ya se excedió la fecha de entrega se estaría cobrando un "flete". ¿Como ve?" y yo le dije "Oiga pero ese no es mi problema" y me dijo "pues mire, esperemos que nos lleguen pronto y cuando eso pase yo le llamo" de ahí en adelante se comporto muy cortante y mal educada. Si algún supervisor o gerente llega a leer esto, por favor póngase en contacto conmigo a través de mi correo de GMail. No es justo.
High prices and exaggerated and do not deliver on time, I redeemed my voucher on April 27, 2019 and they say "It takes 20 to 28 days .... Skilled and not counting Saturdays or Sundays" !!!! for what my delivery must have been today 06/06/2019 and I call and they say "It's just that things have not arrived" and "it's that the supplier was wrong and sent things to Leon" and I So, "Hey, but, is not there anything that can be done?" and he says "No, we have to wait for things to arrive and you already go through them" and I say "but if you were left to bring them?" and he says "Yes, but since the delivery date was already exceeded, it would be charging a" freight. "How do you see?" and I said "Hey, but that's not my problem" and he said "well look, let's hope they arrive soon and when that happens I'll call him" from then on he behaved very sharp and badly educated.
