★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SE QUEDAN CON TUS PRENDAS... lleve un saco y un abrigo prácticamente nuevos (la primera vez que los llevaba a la tintorería) me encogieron el saco y el abrigo me lo entregaban sucio y mal planchado. Los devolví para que me los arreglaran.... y para la fecha señalada no lo tenían... luego salieron con que los habían donado que por qué yo no pase por ellos, cuando no los tenían en las fechas señaladas... le pido a la sra. Valentina Rojas Rivera ( que es la dueña del negocio) que tenga la decencia de devolverme mis prendas. NO SE DEJEN ENGAÑAR.
THEY KEEP YOUR CLOTHES ... I took a practically new jacket and coat (the first time I took them to the dry cleaner) they shrunk my jacket and the coat was delivered to me dirty and badly ironed. I returned them to be fixed ... and by the appointed date they did not have it ... then they came out with the fact that they had donated them, why not go through them, when they did not have them on the specified dates ... I ask mrs. Valentina Rojas Rivera (who is the owner of the business) may you have the decency to return my clothes to me. DO NOT BE FOOLED.

Y la atencion al cliente FATAL, una tal Val se pone al tu por tu.
NO CONTRATEN ESTE SERVICIO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se quedan las cosas, antes de que se cumpliera el plazo de entrega, fui a recoger un edredón el cual me decían que no estaba ahí, que estaba en una “bodega” fui aproximadamente por 4 semanas y nada, que no estaba y que ellos me avisaban, jamas lo hicieron, así que contacté a la dueña la cual me dijo que “ya se había cumplido el plazo, que ya no estaba mi edredón”, incluso ofrecí pagar extra por mi propio edredón y es la fecha en que no me responden, llevo casi 2 meses intentando recuperarlo y nada más me dicen que no, no se hacen responsables, dicen que el plazo ya se cumplió y pues no dan la cara, no te avisan nada y solo se excusan, incluso tienen un contrato de la PROFECO en la parte de atrás de la nota, así es, el contrato está pero SU EXPEDIENTE NO se encuentra registrado. También omiten la información, pues tengo fotos de las sucursales, en las cuales NO muestran el plazo o el tiempo en que ya no puedes “reclamar tus propias prendas” Tengan cuidado, la verdad no vale la pena.
