★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visité este laboratorio un sábado. Quería una prueba de COVID IgG. Es una prueba de anticuerpos COVID. Una mujer muy enojada e inútil abrió la puerta. Ella seguía repitiendo que tenía que ir a Mérida para una prueba de covid. Ella levantó la voz casi todo el tiempo. Ella fue muy irrespetuosa. Ojalá pueda volver a capacitarse para que sea respetuosa y servicial con los pacientes.
 I visited this lab on a Saturday. I wanted a COVID IgG test. It's a COVID antibody test. A very angry and useless woman opened the door. She kept repeating that she had to go to Mérida for a covid test. She raised her voice most of the time. She was very disrespectful. Hopefully she can retrain to be respectful and helpful to patients.
