★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te atienden como si te hicieran un gran favor, actúan como si les molestase que estuvieras ahí. Anotaron mal "hotmail" a la hora de enviar un correo electrónico y mis resultados nunca llegaron, cuando fui a recogerlos en persona me dieron el sobre equivocado, el de otra persona, y cuando volví por el sobre correcto me dijeron que era mi culpa por no haberme fijado en el nombre como si la recepcionista no hubiera tenido ninguna responsabilidad en haberme dado un sobre equivocado. No sé qué otra cosa se puede evaluar sobre un laboratorio, no sé qué tan bien o mal puedan hacer su trabajo.
They serve you like they're doing you a great favor, they act like they're upset that you are there. They wrote down "hotmail" wrong when sending an email and my results never came, when I went to pick them up in person they gave me the wrong envelope, someone else's, and when I returned for the correct envelope they told me it was my fault because not having noticed the name as if the receptionist had no responsibility in giving me the wrong envelope. I don't know what else can be evaluated about a laboratory, I don't know how well or badly they can do their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had bloodwork done three times at this office of Biomedico Laboratory. The personel are friendly and efficient, the appearance of The reception area and the procedure rooms are clean and sanitary.. they don’t speak English but are patient and accommodating. Their COVID precautions are excellent. They only allow them one patient Inside at a time. The next person or persons wait outside. I’ve never seen more than three people waiting—usually none. They are quick to take samples and results are emailed to me and referring doctor quickly, often the same day. My doctors seem to like Biomedico and the work they do.
