Inicialmente mi objetivo era simplemente bajar de peso y le expliqué las complicaciones con las que me topaba en cada intento. Posteriormente surgieron algunas situaciones médicas o de ubicación, o cuestiones con mis horarios de trabajo y la doctora siguió dándome las mejores opciones para cada situación. No puedo estar más agradecida por toda la paciencia, el material que me compartió para llegar a mis objetivos, el profesionalismo y todo el amor y el empeño que ha puesto en cada integrante familiar o amigo mío que ha ido a consulta con ella.
Yo quería bajar de peso y adaptar una dieta saludable a mis hábitos alimenticios y Damara me ha guiado y ayudado con ese proceso.
La recomiendo una y mil veces más.
The doctor gave me a diet totally adapted to my needs. Initially my goal was simply to lose weight and I explained the complications that I encountered in each attempt. I can not be more grateful for all the patience, the material he shared for me to reach my goals, the professionalism and all the love and commitment he has put in each family member or friend of mine who has gone to consult with her.
I wanted to lose weight and adapt a healthy diet to my eating habits and Damara has guided me and helped me with that process.
I recommend it one and a thousand times more.
