★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subo este comentario para decirles que el día de hoy me presenté a hacerme una endoscopia y la atención de parte del doctor y su ayudante Dr.ignacio Cervantes Hernández pregúntame el doctor que por qué me habían mandado a hacer ese estudio yo explicando le el porque y sin medir palabras me puso anestesia en la boca y me acostó y lo hizo sin ningún cuidado, me lastimo muchísimo al terminar el estudio sin saberlo me hizo biopsia sin mi consentimiento y todavía tuvo el descaro de decirme que en 15 min pasaba la anestesia y que podía comer lo que quisiera en este momento me encuentro con mi doctor de confianza y me dijo que no se puede comer después de 15 min por ese estudio
Nunca me comentó el por qué de ese estudio
Paso este reporte por qué es pésimo y me lastimaron muy feo y la molestia del doctor fue que me dijo que me contaba más de 1000 pesos por anestesia y en eseomento se molestó y actuuo sin ningún cuidado no me dieron gel ni cuidados para el estudio

I am uploading this comment to tell you that today I went to have an endoscopy and the attention from the doctor and his assistant, Dr. Ignacio Cervantes Hernández, ask the doctor why they had sent me to do that study, I was explaining why and Without mincing words, he put an anesthetic in my mouth and put me to bed and he did it without any care, I was very hurt at the end of the study, without knowing it, he did a biopsy without my consent and he still had the gall to tell me that in 15 minutes the anesthesia would pass and that I could eat whatever I wanted right now I meet my trusted doctor and he told me that you can't eat after 15 minutes because of that study
He never told me the reason for that study
I pass this report because it is terrible and they hurt me very badly and the doctor's annoyance was that he told me that he was counting me more than 1000 pesos for anesthesia and at that moment he got upset and acted without any care they did not give me gel or care for the study
Terrible and very bad attention from this doctor and his assistant
