Fuí al hospital de la luz para una segunda opinión y por supuesto que no necesito cirugía. Definitivamente la atención en recepción es nefasta, ni siquiera te voltean a ver y a duras penas te hacen caso, y Ni ganas dan de regresar con todos los comentarios negativos que he leído y nada resuelven

De primera instancia, no quiso reconocer que el medicamento que recetó a mi madre le provocó baja de presión, estreñimiento, vómito, hemorragia, etc. Fue contundente al decir que no, hasta que le leí la lista de efectos secundarios de cada medicamento, sólo así bajó la guardia. En la vida regresamos a este lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un filtro de sanidad el cual toma su tiempo seguido de eso no me encontraban ya que mis datos estaban erróneos subí y la persona de recepción fue amable al subir 4:20 (mi cita 4:15) le comenté lo sucedido y fue con el “Doctor” Óscar Aguilar GASTROENTERÓLOGO el cual simplemente le dijo que ya no me atendería a pesar de la situación de mis datos incorrectos y que no soy la única persona que espera ser atendido.
Realmente no se va por gusto y se espera recibir una buena atención al final se va a pagar por un servicio deje mi queja en su buzón la cual espero sea atendida por la Directora a quien la dirigí
El título de Doctor no solo se basa en los conocimientos , tratan con personas (humanidad/empatía)

No se si esten desesperadas o de mal humor, pero con tan solo que tengas que apuntar lo que te dice de la cita ya te hacen sentir como si les hicieras perder su valioso tiempo, te ponen en espera, y te cuelgan sin decir nada. Es tu trabajo! HAZLO BIEN! Y si no, hay miles de personas capacitadas para atender a las llamadas con amabilidad y sin colgarnos el telefono sin aviso previo, como me lo acaban de hacer, y ni se disculpan -.-
