★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudi a un ultrasonido estructural la atención de la recepcionista fue cordial y amable, sin embargo la atención y amabilidad y de doctora que me atendio no fue la mejor ya que fue poco empatica y no se prestaba a responder las dudas que tenia.
Agradecería mejorar la atención y calidad en el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio las personas que atienden en la recepción son muy groseras, hoy no servía su terminal para pago con tarjeta, fueron muy tajantes como si el cliente fuera responsable de sus fallas con la terminal, les comente que mi familiar iría por dinero y no me pasaron a tomar la muestra me tuvieron esperando hasta que se les liquidó siendo que solo faltaban complementar dicho pago, desde hace meses tienen una pésima atención e incluso una ocasión me cambiaron el costo de una cotización solicitada previamente.
Terrible service the people who attend the reception are very rude, today their terminal was not working for card payment, they were very blunt as if the client was responsible for their failures with the terminal, I told them that my family member would go for money and not me They went on to take the sample and they kept me waiting until they were liquidated, since they only needed to supplement said payment, for months they have had a terrible service and even one occasion they changed the cost of a previously requested quote.

La atención en general es buena, las recepcionistas muy amables y atentas, la química excelente persona y muy amable lo mismo que la doctora que me realizo una radiografía. Lo único que deberían de cambiar es poner horarios para la atención de las personas contagiadas de covid.
