★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy crudos al dar diagnosticos malos ¿no entienden que si buscamos ayuda de un veterinario para nuestra mascota es porque ellos forman parte de nuestra familia? , no recomiendo este lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevaba ahí a mi perro desde hace más de 3 años, siempre había sido buen trato hasta hace poco que lo lleve a estética y me lo regresaron irritado de muchas partes del cuerpo, muy rozado y lo más preocupante es que tenía pulgas y eso nunca había pasado. Llame para saber si sigue trabajando ahí la misma persona y así es. Una lastima ya que antes la atención era muy buena pero ya no tienen buen personal.
I had been carrying my dog there for more than 3 years, it had always been a good treatment until recently that I took it to aesthetics and they returned it irritated from many parts of the body, very brushed and the most worrying thing is that I had fleas and that had never past. Call to find out if the same person is still working there and it is. A shame since before the attention was very good but they no longer have good staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bueno ya que ellos van por tu perrito y lo regresan a casa, los costos elebados ya que me cobraron casi lo mismo por un perro de talla mediana/grande y por un chihuahua, sugiero que tengan mas cuidado a la hora de cortar el pelo de los perros ya que mi perrita regreso con dos cortes en la piel (ligeros) pero mas cuidado!
The service is good since they go for your puppy and return it to your home, the high costs since they charged me almost the same for a medium / large size dog and for a Chihuahua, I suggest they be more careful when cutting the hair of the dogs since my dog returned with two cuts on the skin (light) but more careful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la mejor clínica de todo Metepec y Toluca. Siempre tienen todo lo que uno necesita, desde unas croquetas hasta una super cirugía. Todo siempre a domicilio, respetan los horarios de las citas, y aceptan AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Fueron solidarios cuando mi perro murió y el trato que nos dieron fue más que humano, en verdad son buenas personas.
Es el modelo a seguir denuncia negocio de ese tipo. Felicidades Biosfera
It is the best clinic in all of Metepec and Toluca. They always have everything one needs, from kibbles to super surgery. Everything always at home, they respect appointment times, and accept AMERICAN EXPRESS.
They were in solidarity when my dog died and the treatment they gave us was more than human, they are really good people.
It is the role model to report such business. Congratulations Biosphere

Doctor Blanca is great, very kind. I always take my kitten there to cut her nails, her vaccinations, deworming and for medical advice. They remind me by whatsapp every time my baby has an appointment ?
