★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienes un horario de servicio y un cliente llega antes de esa hora debería de ser atendido. En mi caso era solo colocar una vacuna que no lleva más de 10 min … ya no quiero ver la respuesta si fuera una urgencia … en fin… aclarando en la respuesta … en ningún momento tenía cita .. la asistente no indicó que funcionaran por citas … era cliente nuevo y efectivamente en la vida me paro ahí nuevamente !!! Con lo anterior denota que solo contestan por evitar hacer acciones de servicio y evitar una mala imagen …. Mejor enfóquense en conocer y poner los procesos correctos !!!
