★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio (Trato al cliente) deja mucho que desear, la infraestructura y lo demás está bien... Pero en cuanto al desempeño de su trabajo yo los evaluó en relación a mi experiencia como DEFICIENTE y POCO PROFESIONAL... En mi caso me extraviaron partes del equipo que lleve a revision (el cual no lograron reparar) y aún no me dan respuesta de mi pieza extraviada (un cargador de lap top) y me dieron otro diciendo "es el único que tenemos".
The service (Treatment to the client) leaves much to be desired, the infrastructure and the rest is fine ... But regarding the performance of their work I evaluated them in relation to my experience as POOR and POOR PROFESSIONAL ... In my case I They lost parts of the equipment that I took to review (which they could not repair) and they still do not give me an answer about my missing piece (a laptop charger) and they gave me another one saying "it is the only one we have".
