I have never been treated so badly in a store as when I walked here today. Terrible service. When I was waiting to get in they asked me to only enter one person, since I was going with my mother, which I think is ok, given the pandemic situation we are currently experiencing; but immediately after they let in a whole family, four people, without any problem. I already knew what I wanted, so I immediately requested it, they ignored me and focused on the family that entered. I sat down to wait and when they bring me my shoes are of another size very different from the one I asked for, and when I pointed it out they just told me "we don't have it", and they ignored me again so I just put the shoe down and left

Terrible service. There were 4 vendors with a very angry face today, I said "good morning" and none answered (we started with a lack of basic courtesy). I was very surprised by this lady's bad mood, so I tried them on, I calmly returned them to her (normal) and she immediately said "goodbye" hahaha she had little time to say "now go". The other 3 salespeople didn't lift a finger to do their job. I went in determined to buy two pairs of shoes, I already knew what models I wanted and although they were in my size and they fit me perfectly, I preferred not to buy anything because of the bad attitude and order them online. I understand that it is hard to work on Sunday, but I think that does not justify the apathy and bad attitude.

I finally tried on some sandals and wanted to buy them when I saw that the pair they were going to give me was the one on display, I refused and asked for a new pair, they told me they didn't have any and so I asked if they could send it to my home later, and I The first thing they said was “shipping has a cost of 100 pesos” that is, you are looking bad for a client because you want to sell him some USED flip-flops for $3,000 pesos and instead of compensating with free shipping, the first thing you do is say in the worst tone that shipping has a cost? Total I said ok I pay the shipping, I waited and waited and it turns out that they can't send it to me either because according to them there is not in that model and color or to send. I tried on another color making sure to ask if they had the new pair, they said yes, I said I'll take it, they said “ahh no it's also the show one”. I left the store without buying anything with a bad taste in my mouth and never wanting to go back. I ordered the model in the color that I wanted yesterday afternoon in Liverpool and they arrived this morning and I paid $500 pesos less with FREE shipping. It is to fire all the employees of the store and give a very good training to the new ones before putting them to serve the public. What a pity that such a prestigious brand has such rude and uncommitted employees.
