★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is real Aguascalientes birria. Keep in mind only opens early in the morning (8:30) on Saturday and Sundays, weekdays are open at 14:00. Remember to ask for consome (broth) and some pieces of liver or kidney. You won't regret it.
