Prácticamente me vendieron el puro consomé, que fue lo único que pude comer, ya que como lo menciono era puro pellejo y nervio, sin carne. Quite a bad experience to start with a breakfast, I ordered a large birria plate, in which it was only nerve and skin, on top of the broth. They practically sold me the pure consommé, which was the only thing I could eat, since as I mentioned it was pure skin and nerve, without meat.

Mi problema fue la atención, la verdad pocas veces había tenido tan pésima opinión sobre este servicio. El lugar es grande pero está mal distribuido. Las sillas son incómodas. Las meseras tienen un trato preferencial y eso hace que comer ahí sea una mala idea. Tardaron 20 minutos en siquiera tomar la orden. La mesa estaba usada y no tuvieron la decencia de limpiarla. Pedimos un café y nunca lo trajeron. Llegaron las órdenes incompletas, tibias y con mucho tiempo de diferencia. El local no estaba lo suficientemente concurrido para entender el por qué de la atención tan lenta. No te acercan nada, pedí una orden de birria grande y me la trajeron sin tortillas. En mi opinión solo pidan para llevar o tengan en cuenta que puede que les toque un buen servicio o la pesadilla que fue el mío. PRIMERA Y ÚLTIMA VEZ QUE VOY A COMER AHÍ. The food as such is not bad. Incomplete, lukewarm and long-time orders arrived. The place was not busy enough to understand the reason for the slow attention. They don't bring you anything, I asked for a large birria order and they brought it to me without tortillas. In my opinion, just order take out or take into account that you may get a good service or the nightmare that was mine. FIRST AND LAST TIME I'M GOING TO EAT THERE.
