★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente de principio a fin, el lugar muy amplio, el servicio muy atentos y cordiales, el precio accesible un promedio de 350 pesos (14.5 UsD) por persona, hay música en vivo, una excelente opción para crudear, la birria con muy buen sazón y las quesadillas riquísimas; lo malo, no hay tanta variedad de cerveza y no hay cerveza obscura, excelente opción para ir con los amigos, familia o pareja!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy rica la birria y las quesabirrias, la atención por parte del personal, buena, las tortillas pésimas, hechas en el lugar pero me las dieron recalentadas en el microondas y todas tiesas.
The birria and quesabirrias are very rich, the attention from the staff, good, the tortillas are terrible, made on the spot but they were reheated in the microwave and they were all stiff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LO BUENO: La birria no está mal, 'pueden disfrutarla'. Servicio rápido a tu mesa. Las quesadillas que vienen en el paquete, están RICAS.
Lo MALO: 1. su consome ESPESO; 2. Cerveza de barril rebajada o bautizada en exceso y TIBIA, eso es una grosería; 3. Michelada cubana mal preparada; 4. Sin variedad de cervezas; 5. Agua de sabor MUY dulce.
LO FEO: Mesa sin limpiar, se siente pegosteosa. Aún no terminas y ya te están quitando de la mesa las salsas ¡y las bebidas a la mitad! Y te dicen que si te traen la cuenta. Poca ventilación, ruido en uno de sus ventiladores de techo.
Mesa grande de 10 personas y tienes 1 hora para comer desde que te sientan, lees la carta, te traen y cuando nos disponíamos a preguntar por los postres, nos traían ya la cuenta.
No sé, creo que pasará mucho tiempo en que pueda volver, talvez en invierno el clima ayude a enfriar la cerveza.
Ojalá no les vaya igual que a nosotros y que ellos mejoren su limpieza, actitud y calidad de las bebidas.
THE GOOD: The birria is not bad, 'you can enjoy it'. Quick service to your table. The quesadillas that come in the package are YUMMY.
The BAD: 1. their THICK consommé; 2. Draft beer watered down or baptized in excess and WARM, that's rude; 3. Poorly prepared Cuban Michelada; 4. No variety of beers; 5. VERY sweet tasting water.
THE UGLY: Table not cleaned, feels sticky. You're not done yet and they're already taking your sauces off the table and half the drinks! And they tell you if they bring you the bill. Poor ventilation, noise in one of their ceiling fans.
Large table of 10 people and you have 1 hour to eat from when you sit down, you read the menu, they bring you and when we were about to ask about the desserts, they already brought us the bill.
I don't know, I think it will be a long time before I can come back, maybe in winter the weather will help cool down the beer.
Hopefully they don't do the same as us and that they improve their cleanliness, attitude and quality of drinks.

Lo único malo pedimos tacos de birria y nos cobraron tacos especiales sin avisar y sin pedirlos, tal vez no era mucha le diferencia por que eramos dos pero en una familia esta "ocurrencia" del mesero puede afectar fuertemente a tu presupuesto. Su explicación solo fue. "Pues es que los normales la tortilla se desbarata y estos son de tortilla a mano y masa azul" se agradece la sugerencia a priori pero no a fuerzas y sin consultar por que da pie a pensar en otras cosas...
The birria is very rich and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Quite reasonable prices for the place I could definitely recommend it. The only bad thing we ordered birria tacos and they charged us for special tacos without warning and without asking for them, maybe it was not much difference because there were two of us but in a family this "occurrence" of the waiter can strongly affect your budget. His explanation was just. "Well, the normal ones the omelette falls apart and these are handmade omelettes and blue dough" the suggestion is appreciated a priori but not by force and without consulting because it gives rise to thinking about other things...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for an authentic dining experience with high-quality birria-meat, this ain't your best option. Yes it is actually cheap or affordable and the birria consome is somehow accpetable; but if your taste preference tends toward best quality meat or an authentic birria preparation, you should definetly look for another place, I dare to say that there are some street food trolleys with a far superior birria, undoubtedly (Also, find Michoacanissimo near Santa Ursula and Estadio Azteca, you'll spend around 300mxn per person and it's one of the best and most popular places to eat birria in the city).
