★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente opción, la birria con muy buen sabor, tienen varios platillos con birria como los birriachiles (chilaquiles con birria y dos huevos), chanchitos (volcanes de birria), maruchencha (ramen con birria), tienen conchas con nata deliciossasss!! (No son de birria jaja) pero están buenísimas.
Las porciones de muy buen tamaño y los precios razonables.

He comido birria en Jalisco, Aguascalientes y Guanajuato y no tiene un sabor excepcional, secos y sin sazón; son mejores los tacos de barbacoa de Queretaro a mitad de precio. Vi mucha gente en el local, supongo que debe pagar muchos sueldos y razón de encarecerlo en el precio y es respetable, dar empleo a la gente muy respetable y bueno de reconocer.
You seem too expensive to me, $39 pesos for a taco, very expensive. I have eaten birria in Jalisco, Aguascalientes and Guanajuato and it does not have an exceptional flavor, dry and without seasoning; Queretaro's barbecue tacos are better for half the price.
