★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es limpio, hay mucho orden, en mi opinión a veces eso no atrae, dice el dicho que donde hay gente está rico, cuando uno piensa en birria es para llenarse un platote y hartas tortillas, lo cumple, ahora el sabor no es malo pero no es exquisito, a mi parecer esta cocinado en diferentes ollas el consomé y la carne que al momento de mezclar se siente "pan sin sal" las salsas son deliciosas, la coca es compañero indispensable y es casi una mentada tomarla en lata y no en vidrio a lo mejor es por espacio, prefiero el vidrio mil veces, el servicio bien no es espectacular es muy sencillo me imagino restaurante de carretera. Mención honorífica las tortillas a mano.

Honorable mention tortillas by hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque se mudaron de lugar, como que bajaron un poco la calidad, antes recuerdo que los tacos de Barbacoa eran pura carnita así bien bonita y sin nada de pellejo o gorditos....y ahora que fui, fue todo lo contrario, me tocó un taco con bastante gordito de ese que se te pega en las manos y muchos pellejos :/ y luego yo que acepto que soy remilgosa, bueno xD esos solamente con la Barbacoa, los tacos de birria con su consomé estaban muy buenos y eso sí, no tenían pellejo ni nada feo eso sí les recomiendo mucho pedir ya que solo te los venden en paquete con el consomé...y pues solo de postre tienen pan de elote con o sin rompope, no tienen alguna otra opción de postre aunque si está bueno el pan....

La salsa roja esta sabrosa y le da el toque a la birria. Pagué con tarjeta de crédito. Birria grande $130. Birria tatemada $130. Lo único que podrían mejorar es que el refresco ($32) sea en envase de vidrio y no de lata.
Great taste. Birria grande and birria tatemada are tasty. The place is nice. The attention of the staff is very good. The service was fast. The red sauce is tasty and adds a touch to the birria. I paid by credit card. Large Birria $ 130. Birria tatemada $ 130. The only thing they could improve is that the soda ($ 32) is in a glass container and not a can.
