★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un puesto en la vía pública, pero eso no demerita el sabor y sazón de la birria. El consomé está súper rico, poca grasa que eso le da puntos extra. La atención es buena, el que despacha está atento a lo necesitas, y el ambiente a folklore mexicano le da un toque genial. Toda una experiencia tanto al paladar como al cliente. Lo único: Me hubiera encantado un banco o una silla.
It is a place on public roads, but that does not detract from the taste and flavor of the birria. The consommé is super rich, low fat that gives you extra points. The attention is good, the dispatcher is attentive to what you need, and the atmosphere of Mexican folklore gives it a great touch. All an experience both to the palate and to the client. The only thing: I would have loved a bench or a chair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He acudido un par de ocasiones, no es un lugar para todos (nótese que es un negocio en plena calle, donde están pasando los coches y no hay sillas, sólo hay una barra y el lugar tiene un olor bastante peculiar). Pero la birria es bastante rica, te dan un plato con consomé y carne para que tú mismo te hagas tus tacos. El plato está en $60.00 y los refrescos en $20.00 considero que el precio y la cantidad son justos. Nota: no es un restaurante, tienes que llegar y comer rápido (si no se te enfría)
I have been there a couple of times, it is not a place for everyone (note that it is a business in the middle of the street, where cars are passing and there are no chairs, there is only one bar and the place has a rather peculiar smell). But the birria is quite rich, they give you a plate with consommé and meat so that you can make your own tacos. The plate is $60.00 and the soft drinks are $20.00. I think the price and quantity are fair. Note: it is not a restaurant, you have to arrive and eat quickly (if it does not get cold)
