El día de hoy el servicio pésimo, los meseros sin capacitación, no saben qué hacer, mucho tiempo de espera solo por no limpiar las mesas y pasar a la gente.
Las bebidas mal servidas, pedimos un guacamole que literal parecía la salsa Herdez de aguacate- aguadisimo, incomible por lo picante.
La orden de comida mal.
Definitivamente no regresaremos.

The drinks were poorly served, we ordered a guacamole that literally looked like the Herdez avocado sauce- very watery, inedible due to its spice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi primera vez que voy a probarla y quedé totalmente decepcionado con el servicio, solicite un pedido para llevar y estuve esperando 40 minutos y jamás salía hasta que pregunte y solo dijeron que no tenían algunos complementos para terminarlo. Cuestión que debieron notificar desde un principio y no esperar a que el cliente preguntara. Así que no podré dar opinión de sus sabores porque jamás la probé pero si del servicio que fue totalmente pésimo. Y si se pudiera dar cero estrella la daría. Muy decepcionado. No sé porque tanta publicidad radiofónica si a final de cuentas un mal sabor de boca.
My first time going to try it and was totally disappointed with the service, order a take out order and waited 40 minutes and never came out until I ask and they just said they didn't have some toppings to finish it off. Matter that they should have notified from the beginning and not wait for the client to ask. So I won't be able to give an opinion on its flavors because I've never tried it, but I can give an opinion on the service, which was totally lousy. And if I could give zero star I would give it. Very disappointed. I don't know why so much radio advertising if in the end it's a bad taste in the mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a los pocos meses que abrieron y estaba excelente. Está segunda vez que fui, la birrria excelente... El servicio pésimo, la cerveza tibia. No había guacamole, no había el postre que quería. No vuelvo a ir, no lo recomiendo para nada.
Consejo: capaciten a los "niños" que atienden, no tienen idea de los que es dar un buen servicio.
I went a few months after they opened and it was excellent. This is the second time I went, the excellent birrria... Terrible service, lukewarm beer. There was no guacamole, there was no dessert that I wanted. I will not go again, I do not recommend it at all.
Tip: train the "kids" you serve, they have no idea what it's like to give good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La birria ya se había calentado en otras ocasiones por lo concentrado y salado del caldo y estaba muy desmenuzada la carne y unos cuadritos de carne; el muchacho que me atendió muy amable y servicial, los baños no limpios, al sabor y presentación de la birria le daría un 7 .
Solo por mucho, pero mucho antojo y con mucha hambre, volvería a este lugar.
Espero lo tomen en cuenta para mejorar estos detalles y tengan clientes cautivos.
