★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar exquisito para comer este platillo típico de la región Bajío-Occidente. Primero desde la ambientación del lugar con toques rústicos y minimalistas ya te hacen sentir en un lugar cómodo, la iluminación es excelente.
La comida tiene un rico sabor, probé los birriaquiles y fue una gran opción de desayuno. También sirven birria en tacos, tatemada y en caldo, todo excelente y gran sabor. Lo único fue el café de olla que pedí, parecía del soluble.
An exquisite place to eat this typical dish of the Bajío-Occidente region. First, from the setting of the place with rustic and minimalist touches, they already make you feel in a comfortable place, the lighting is excellent.
The food has a rich flavor, I tried the birriaquiles and it was a great breakfast option. They also serve birria in tacos, tatemada and in broth, all excellent and great flavor. The only thing was the pot coffee that I ordered, it seemed like soluble.

La especialidad es la birria y en particular los tacos ahogados son super recomendables.
