La birria es un intento de birria jalisciense pero no es como la de allá, le pedí a la sra que me preparara un taco dorado de birria y pensó que le estaba pidiendo lo que aqui llaman flautas, así que decidí pedir tacos blandos regulares por que no me entendió.
El sabor de la carne es bueno aunque de repente puedes hallar trozos de pimienta y demás especias. Las tortillas son hechas a mano y el precio es accesible. Una persona de talla grande se llena con 4 tacos y una persona de complexión esbelta con unos 2 a lo mucho o sea tienen buen tamaño.
