I was going to ask for SinDelantal, but seeing that I was so close to home, I decided to walk and I didn't regret it. The aroma on entering is exquisite, they receive you with a smile and are friendly all the time. The food is a separate thing, they explained the portion sizes to choose the most appropriate, and did not disappoint. The broth is substantial, not very fatty, and with a lot of flavor. You can add cilantro and onion if you wish, even the sauce to give it a spicy touch if it alone does not seem enough. I chose a Retiree, and the taste was very good too, maybe the cheese a little tasteless but it helps to maintain the consistency of the quesadilla. The guacamole they prepare is very good too, spicy, not just to decorate. I have no complaints about the prices, I had delicious breakfast and it seemed fair to pay 120 pesos (I did not include dessert because I could not eat anymore). The best of all this was that they do not use bags on the plates, plastic plates, or disposable spoons, everything is mud, glass and metal.
