★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi parecer la mejor birria de la zona, tiene un sabor exquisito, yo antes comía birria cerca del CBTIS pero cuando me mostraron éste lugar se convirtió en mi favorita, aunque si es más cara. El plato grande vale $90 y el chico $80, los refrescos $18, también venden tacos pero no recuerdo el precio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar con años de tradición en Jardines de Morelos. Ofrecen la única birria de carnero de la zona (lo mas cercano al chivo de la receta original) en plato o en tacos. La birria en plato pasa por un proceso de tatemado (horneada y luego frita a la plancha) que le dan un sazón especial. El plato bien servido de carne, con opción a refill de consomé sin costo adicional. No es la más económica (100 el palito en nov 2021) pero vale totalmente la pena. Altamente recomendable.
A place with years of tradition in Jardines de Morelos. They offer the only mutton birria in the area (the closest to the goat in the original recipe) on a plate or in tacos. The birria on a plate goes through a tatemado process (baked and then fried on the grill) that give it a special seasoning. The well-served meat dish, with the option of a consommé refill at no additional cost. It is not the cheapest (100 a stick in Nov 2021) but it is totally worth it. Highly recommended.
