Eso sí, medio caro pa' mi estándar de mercado, pero ps es el abastos y se mueve un buen de lana ahí.
I had to share the plate with my companion because of the large portions (it's not a complaint at all), it's great!
Of course, half expensive for my market standard, but ps is the supplies and a good amount of wool moves there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deliciosa birria de chiva o de res. Preparada a la perfección. En plato con caldillo o tatemada y en taco. Tortillas recién cocinadas al comal. Deliciosas aguas frescas y refrescos. Las salsas son el perfecto acompañamiento. Temprano es mejor normalmente se acaba antes del mediodía. Una experiencia inolvidable.
Delicious goat or beef birria. Prepared to perfection. On a plate with caldillo or tatemada and in a taco. Freshly cooked tortillas on the comal. Delicious fresh waters and soft drinks. The sauces are the perfect accompaniment. Early is best usually ends before noon. An unforgettable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta buena la birria pero a la hora que fui me sentaron en otro local por que había demasiada gente. Eso ocasionó una muy mala atención de la mesera y no comimos agusto. Quizá vuelva para dar una segunda oportunidad.
The birria is good but at the time I went they sat me in another place because there were too many people. That caused a very bad attention from the waitress and we did not eat comfortably. Maybe I'll come back for a second chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best birria in Guadalajara. The place is packed from 8am until they sell out, usually around 1pm. People come from all over Western Mexico to deliver produce to the market and get birria from Aceves. There is veal and goat birria. They have excellent hand made tortillas and will make crispy tacos too. Get one with a little 'gordito'. You will not be disappointed! Seriously the best around!

Rogelio the owner it’s been there for 32 years and the business it’s being there for 81 years... they open at 5 in the morning and by 11 AM everything is sold out “140 kilos of Birria everyday”
if you’re in Jalisco more specifically in Guadalajara and you are a foodie you cannot miss this place this is a mandatory stop
