Tienes la opción de comer birria de chivo, de ternera y de cerdo.
Tuve la oportunidad de probar la de ternera y chivo, la de ternera es un poco más suave que la de chivo, pero la que pidas te dejará buen sabor de boca, la acompañe con un guacamole y un queso derretido con champiñones, de las mejores que he probado en Guadalajara.
Cuentan con estacionamiento amplio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing birria. Can compete with the best birria in Jalisco. Goat very tender. Caldo has great flavor. amazing condiments. handmade corn torrillas. Classic ranchero music played throughout restaurant. Excellent service. Has probably the best homemade chile in Mexico.
