★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deliciosa, en mi opinión es la única en Guadalajara que sigue conservando ese toque en cuanto a sabor ya que parte de sus cualidades es tenerla carne suavecita y un rico sabor sin estar sobrecargada de condimentos. Los felicito también por seguir con la escuela del padre con su excelente servicio estando atentos de cada detalle con el comensal.
Delicious, in my opinion it is the only one in Guadalajara that continues to retain that touch in terms of flavor since part of its qualities is having soft meat and a rich flavor without being overloaded with seasonings. I also congratulate them for continuing with the father's school with their excellent service, being attentive to every detail with the diner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me considero una persona q ha provado buenas birrias de las de antaño y esta esta dentro de mis TOP 3. La carne es suavecita y limpia ademas el caldo on es nada grasoso. Definitivamente vale cada peso.
I consider myself a person who has tried good old-fashioned birrias and this is in my TOP 3. The meat is soft and clean, and the broth is not greasy at all. It is definitely worth every penny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar en un lugar típico muy conocido como lo es el Mercado Alcalde. Buen sabor, servicio y limpio todo lo que uno busca en los puestos típicos de comida de "mercaditos". Eso sí, suele estar siempre lleno pero con un poco de paciencia puedes esperar tu turno para degustar de esta birria.
Good place in a typical place well known as the Mayor Market. Good taste, service and clean everything one looks for in the typical food stalls of "mercaditos". Of course, it is usually always full but with a little patience you can wait your turn to taste this birria.
