★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No permite el uso del baño ( contra el reglamento ) si eres de Guadalajara el aspecto del consome ( transparente ) no te sera atractivo pero esta buena... un poco grasienta pero asi es la birria creo
 It does not allow the use of the bathroom (against the regulation) if you are from Guadalajara the appearance of the consome (transparent) will not be attractive to you but it is good ... a little greasy but that is the birria I think

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Birria buena de chivo, caldo blanco, pero para los conocedores ese no es pretexto. Ya que una buena birria el color no importa. Por los lados de sur de Jalisco se hace birria blanca con muy buen sabor, altamente recomendable.
Good goat birria, white broth, but for connoisseurs that is not an excuse. Since a good birria the color does not matter. On the southern sides of Jalisco, white birria is made with very good flavor, highly recommended.
