★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiado rica, obviamente la birria siempre es rica. Lo único que le pongo un pero es que es demasiado grasosa. Si nada más de en adelante es lo más sabroso que uno que visite Ciudad Guzmán, debes de probarla y saborear ese rico aroma a birria tatemada o al horno. Mmm se me hace agua la boca con darme un rico plato ahorita.
Too rich, obviously birria is always rich. The only thing I put a but is that it is too greasy.
