★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Más o menos, si bien los meseros son amables, son un poco tardados a la hora de servir, esperamos como 20 minutos para que nos dieran costilla en lugar de maciza, cuando nos habían dicho que si había maciza pero bueno, buen lugar a secas, la salsa muy buena sin tanto picor, higiene aceptable, buena opción pero no la mejor.

La mejor de Aguascalientes en mi opinión, auténtico borrego ?? buena salsa y raciones en relación al precio, tienen combos también, la atención no es mala simplemente que hay demasiados clientes en la del Mercado Juárez, en algunas sucursales no manejan el consomé por lo que aquí se concentra la clientela

Una de las birrierias catalogada como de las "mejores" deja absolutamente todo qué desear. Fui con mi pareja a desayunar y nos tocó probar la birria más cara e insípida de la ciudad, la carne sin sabor al igual que la salsa, y para rematar, precios demasiado altos para lo que ofrecen. Si quieren comer birria de verdad, mejor vayan con don Juanito, ésa sí es una "señora birria".

If you want to eat real birria, you'd better go with Don Juanito, that's a "birria lady."
