★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habiendo en Calera tantas opciones para comer birria, la que hace "el Pájaro" y su familia sigue siendo de las mejores, por no decir la mejor. Desde que tenía hace décadas su pequeño carrito hasta la fecha, han mantenido el sabor, la calidad, la amabilidad y la atención.
Actualmente están en un local más grande en la salida hacia Fresnillo. Esta bien señalizado con letrero.

With so many options for eating birria in Calera, the one made by "El Pajaro" and his family is still one of the best, if not the best. Since he had his little cart decades ago to date, they have maintained the taste, quality, friendliness and attention.
