Nosotros probamos dos guisos que conocemos a la perfección para hacer un comparativo. ¿La verdad? Un excelente sabor en la carne. Bien cocida. Con una buena porción.
El plus: en la birria la carne es de chivo. Una maravilla. Se los recomiendo sin dudarlo.
Hay otras cosas buenas: las tortillas son hechas allí mismo, te dan un consomé de cortesía, pequeñito pero que abre el apetito.
El lugar es limpio, tiene mucho espacio para estacionarse y la atención es pronta y muy amable.
Otra: los precios son accesibles, no baratos, pero sí accesibles.
Hay que probar la birria al horno, es un "debe".
