★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exquisita. Es auténtica birria de "Cabrito", ya que en otros negocios finger ser cabrito y es Chivo más grande, esta birria se te deshace en la boca, perfectamente cocida, y el adobo para la birria es la cereza del pastel.
Yo viajo desde León para comerla, no he probado otra igual.
Ojo: por lo mismo se TERMINA MUY TEMPRANO, A las 10:00 am todavía puedes encontrar, pero a las 11:00 am ya termino, aparte el local no es muy grande y ojo, no es nada lujoso, es muy rústico, pero limpio, aparte vas por la birria, no a un salón de fiestas ¿No?.
