★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad me pareció mal el hecho de pedir una orden de birria y que la medio llenarán de bofe, se supone que el bofe se prepara con la sangre y eso es otro tipo de guiso. No quise discutir pero me pareció mal. Como comentario extra la Sra. Mesera me dijo que yo pedí la orden surtida, pero en ningún momento pensé que en su surtido vendría el bofe o pulmón del animal, suponiendo que el bofe es lo más barato del animal junto con la sangre. Lo bueno es la salsa y las tortillas
The truth seemed to me bad to ask for an order of beer and that the half will be filled with a stew, the steak is supposed to be prepared with blood and that is another type of stew. I didn't want to argue but it seemed wrong. As an extra comment, Mrs. Waitress told me that I asked for the assorted order, but at no time did I think that the animal's slap or lung would come in its assortment, assuming that the slap is the cheapest of the animal along with the blood.
