★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Guadalajara for a few days and wanted to try the famous birria for my last meal before heading to the airport. How lucky I was to find this birriería! Juan let us try the three types of meat and we decided to go with the classic goat. The meat was so tender and tasty; slowed cook in a traditional oven. Juan's wife made the corn tortillas to order and they were so good. We also tried the quesadillas, made with oaxacan cheese -- soooo good. I highly recommend this place for it's quality and for the incredible hospitality of the owners.
