Realmente sabroso. El joven tiene todo muy limpio mucha higiene al preparar y servir los alimentos. Todo recién hecho. Gente amable con amor a su trabajo. El precio es muy accesible. Muy bien servido y delicioso .Visite este lugar 100%recomendable.

Que buen sabor de tacos de birria de res con su frijol y cebolla, cilantro y slasa. Que buen tamaño de tortilla y la birria con un ligero y rico sabor como ahumada por el horno de barro en el que es preparada. Aparte la atención de los dueños, muy atentos y te hacen sentir muy cómodos. Está a dos cuadras de la plaza y del templo de Santiago Apóstol. Y a unos pasos del hotel Villa Tequila.

This is a must stop when you are in Tequila. This food is some of the most delicious here in Tequila. This place reminds me of my grandmothers cenaduria, which is artesinal before artisan was a thing, its literally going into someones house for dinner, lunch. Birria is a type of slow cooked meet usually made of goat meat, in a thin sauce. If you have never had birria this is the place to have it. The tortillas are served here from the torrilleria a few doors down, and these tortillas are made the authentic way with masa from maiz, I saw them make the masa with my own eyes. The birria here is special because its in a way double cooked, I promise to leave a better description later, Beer is also available id you ask for it. The woman who was here grew up in Tequila so she knows he town really well and is a joy to speak with. Overall I would come here again and again and again

The birria juice is really tasty! They are 1 of the only places to still use a brick oven to make their birria. Cooked over 5 hours every day. Portions are good size/value. Stop in and say hi to Arturo!
