La mejor birria en Higuera Blanca! La quesadilla viene con mucho carne y queso y es grandote! Me encantan los tacos dorados de birria. Servicio amable y pronto. Un lugar hermosa para sentarse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very flavorful birria and the consomé w little diced onion is delicious too. I liked the quesadilla (handmade tortilla, birria meat, cheese, cabbage, cilantro, diced onion) and the tacos. The tacos dorados w cheese are actually 'quesabirria' (small melted quesadilla crisped on the grill w meat inside) + slightly crunchy. Good for cheese lovers. The orange water is perfect for eating so much meat. The salsa macha dried chile oil is extra super delicious so put it on everything!! P.S. Located at the beginning of Cerro del mono trail so good people watching as diff groups arrive for hiking.
Muy rica birria y el consomé con cebollitas también rico. Me gustó la quesadilla y los tacos de birria. Los tacos dorados son 'quesabirria' y medio crujientes. El agua de naranja perfecto para comer tanta carne. ¡La salsa macha extra super deliciosa así que échale a todo!
