★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí una orden de costilla de borrego asado 180 pesos pero las costilla no tenían carne pura grasa como las fotos que subí desgraciadamente nos toco mala Suerte. o no se si así sean normalmente pero de mi parte dudo regresar la. Birria en caldo como que le falta sabor la carne no se para mi gusto personal ni tiene sabor y aqui seguimos recorriendo culiacan buscando nuevos sabores y experiencias.
I ordered an order of roast lamb ribs for 180 pesos but the ribs did not have pure meat fat like the photos I uploaded unfortunately we had bad luck. or I don't know if they are normally like that but for my part I doubt I will return it. Birria in broth as if the meat lacks flavor I don't know for my personal taste nor does it have flavor and here we continue touring Culiacan looking for new flavors and experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flavorful and amazing! We have found the best Birria we've had so far. Birria, by definition, is not spicy. The tortillas must be made with a local maiz, as they are incredible, also. Don't know if they were nixtamalized (fermented). Breakfast and lunch only. Only Spanish spoken, only cash, excellent , quick service. We make a point of stopping here each time we drive through from the states.
