R	Roberto Santillán on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida: deliciosa birria, bien servida y muy calientita (como debe ser), la puedes elegir dorada, natural o mixta que es mi favorita, las tortillas recién hechas al comal con masa muy rica y no pueden faltar las tortillas con asientos (manjar de los Dioses). Servicio: personal muy atento con excelente actitud y siempre al pendiente de que no te haga falta nada en tu mesa. Lugar: a pesar de ser un lugar céntrico y muy transitado, me gusta que tiene estacionamiento propio. El restaurant es cómodo, con suficientes mesas, algunas de ellas con sillones acojinados muy cómodos. Sin duda, de las birrierias favoritas en Culiacán (en mi opinión). Food: delicious birria, well served and very warm (as it should be), you can choose it golden, natural or mixed, which is my favorite, the freshly made tortillas with very rich dough and the tortillas with seats (delicacy of the gods). Service: very attentive staff with excellent attitude and always aware that you do not need anything at your table. Location: despite being a central and very busy place, I like that it has its own parking lot. The restaurant is comfortable, with enough tables, some of them with very comfortable cushioned chairs. Without a doubt, one of the favorite birrierias in Culiacán (in my opinion).

Una cosa es que dice que se encuentra abierto desde las 6 a.m., pero no empiezan a vender hasta las 7 aprox., seria bueno que cambiaran los horarios aquí, porque aunque este abierto no puedes comer hasta una hora después. My favorite birria from Culiacán! The handmade tortillas, the lean meat and the broth is full of flavor, basically a sinaloan style raises the dead.
